去除跨膜区和胞内域,提高可溶性,保留受体结合功能,适用于抗体中和研究或ELISA抗原开发。
G蛋白诱导的抗体中和能力较弱,但可与F蛋白联用增强免疫应答,目前更多用于诊断或机制研究。
通过PNGase F酶切后SDS-PAGE分析迁移率变化,或质谱鉴定N-糖基化位点(如Thr-300)。
标签位于C末端,经ELISA和细胞结合实验验证不影响其与宿主受体的相互作用。
