Background	Newcastle disease is a devastating disease in poultry caused by virulent Newcastle disease virus (NDV), a paramyxovirus endemic in many regions of the world despite intensive vaccination. Newcastle disease virus (NDV), which belongs to the genus Avaluvirus (Paramyxovirinae subfamily, Paramyxoviridae family), can cause acute, highly contagious Newcastle disease (ND). The Hemagglutinin-Neuraminidase (HN) spike protein as a multifunctional protein, the HN protein of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) is involved in various biological functions. It plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis, immunogenicity and attachment of the virus.Most NDV vaccine strains such as La Sota and B1 are thermolabile, and only a few strains are thermostable.

Storage Condition	The lyophilized protein can be stored at -20℃.After re-solubilization, the protein can be stored at -20℃ to 40℃ for one month without detectable loss of activity. The protein product is stable for 12 months from the date of receipt when stored at -80℃.
Shipping Condition	In general, liquid samples are shipped on dry ice and lyophilised samples are shipped on blue ice.
